I really liked the tour - great Ayurvedic food, quality yoga classes, the sounds of bowls - it's just fantastic, but also constant walks in nature, many vivid impressions, comfortable living. Special thanks to Olesya for her care and for explaining the technique of performing asanas and their effect on the body. This is a good option for those who want mental and physical rest.

Everything is in accordance with the contract. Accommodation is in comfortable eco-friendly rooms. Meals will satisfy even a pretentious tourist. It is incredibly tasty and the “+” is very healthy. I visited where the foot of an ordinary tourist does not step, thanks to chic hikes. Morning yoga and bowls are separate bliss 😍
